Friday February 23rd

• 3:00 pm – Site open for setup and preparation.

• 6:00pm to 9:00pm – Registration Open

• 7:00 pm approx. – Setup party (Tentative)

• 9:00 pm Event site closed

Saturday, February 24th

• 7:00 am – Site open for exhibitors

• 7:30 – Day of Show Entries NO SHOW A ENTRIES / Changes / Exhibitor check in

• 9:00 – National Anthem / Welcome / Moment of silence

• 9:05 – All Breed / Cavy Show – Judging begins (Note: We will hold briefly if large numbers of exhibitors are still checking in)

• Noon – Judges Lunch break (as close as possible) 12:30 – Judging resumes Shows B&C to follow immediately after Show A the specialty shows, Best in Show A, B,& C will follow completion of both all-breed shows

• 10:00pm – showroom closes

Sunday, February 25th

• 7:00 – Site open for exhibitors

• 7:30 – Day of Show Entries / Changes / Exhibitor check in

• 9:00 – National Anthem / Welcome / Moment of silence

• 9:05 –All Breed Show / Specialty Shows Judging begins

• After the Show: Cleanup and Farewell till next year!!

• 6pm – Showroom hard closing time (we MUST be out by this time or pay penalty) CLARCC always appreciates volunteers for setup and tear down!!
